General Manager – Manufacturing

About the Role

Lead all aspects of GRI Tires' Badalgama manufacturing facility for solid and pneumatic tire production. 10+ years manufacturing management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations at the Badalgama plant
• Drive production efficiency, quality, and cost targets
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategy
• Manage large cross-functional teams
• Ensure H&S, environmental, and regulatory compliance
• Liaise with group leadership on performance and strategy

Requirements

• Engineering or management degree; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in manufacturing management, preferably rubber/tire industry
• Proven track record at General Manager or senior plant leadership level
