About the Role

Manage production operations at Macksons Paints Lanka's Panadura paint manufacturing plant. Requires Chemical/Production Engineering degree and proven paints or coatings manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paint production schedules to meet demand
• Ensure production quality standards and consistency
• Lead production teams and supervisors
• Optimize processes to reduce waste and improve output
• Oversee raw material usage and inventory for production
• Maintain regulatory and safety compliance in production

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as Production Manager in paints, chemicals, or coatings manufacturing
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
