About the Role

Lead all quality control and assurance processes at DSK Apparel's Homagama garment manufacturing plant. Manage QMS implementation and liaise with international buyers on quality compliance. Deadline July 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quality control and assurance processes in garment production
• Develop and implement quality management systems
• Manage a team of quality controllers and supervisors
• Liaise with international buyers on quality requirements and compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with social, environmental, and product quality standards

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Textile Technology, Production Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years experience in garment quality management
• Experience with international buyer quality standards
