About the Role

Lead R&D and product development for new and improved tire compounds and designs at CEAT OHT Lanka. Requires rubber compounding expertise and 6-10 years tire/rubber R&D experience. Deadline July 23, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D projects for new and improved tire compounds and designs
• Oversee product development from concept to commercial launch
• Collaborate with global CEAT R&D teams
• Conduct material testing, compound development, and performance validation
• Ensure products meet international quality and certification standards

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Material Science, or Rubber Technology
• 6-10 years experience in tire or rubber product R&D
• Deep knowledge of rubber compounding and tire construction
