Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control all production operations on the factory floor
• Drive production efficiency and output targets

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Textile Technology, Production Engineering, or Industrial Management
• 7+ years in textile or woven fabric manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
