Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care meeting clinical quality standards in ICU
• Communicate with patients and guardians regarding treatment plans
• Support and coordinate clinical activities within the healthcare team
• Monitor and document hospital-acquired infections per protocols

Requirements

• 3-year Nursing Diploma or Degree from a recognized institute
• Registered Nurse with SLNC or PHSRC
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a reputed healthcare facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
