Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and quantity take-offs from drawings
• Conduct cost estimation and budgeting
• Prepare material schedules
• Handle work valuation and progress claims
• Monitor and control project costs

Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction projects, particularly steel structures
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software
