About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and bills of quantities
- Monitor project costs against financial targets
- Evaluate and negotiate supplier and subcontractor contracts
- Conduct site visits for progress assessment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as Quantity Surveyor in MEP field
- MEP quantity take-offs and cost estimation expertise
- Good English and Sinhala communication skills
- Age below 40 years
