Manager – SME Credit Rating

About the Role

Entrepreneurial leadership role to build and scale LRA's SME credit rating division, owning P&L, pricing strategy, and market expansion aimed at establishing LRA as a trusted regional partner across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy innovative SME credit rating models
• Own P&L, revenue targets, and pricing strategy for the SME credit rating division
• Identify and capture new SME credit rating market opportunities locally and regionally
• Establish LRA as a trusted regional credit rating partner across Asia
• Forge strategic partnerships with financial institutions and market participants

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to build and scale business operations
• Experience in credit analysis, SME finance, or credit rating agency work
• Ability to own strategy and forge institutional partnerships
• Strong innovation capability and market expansion experience
