About the Role

In-house finance role at Revox to manage daily bookkeeping, monthly management accounts, project profitability tracking, and banking operations in a tech-first, paperless environment powered by Zoho Books.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily bookkeeping and transaction recording to maintain audit-ready status
• Generate monthly management accounts by the first week of each month
• Track project profitability using Zoho Books with detailed reporting
• Calculate employee resource costs and ROI metrics
• Oversee banking operations and financial requests
• Create automated management reports
• Establish and maintain fixed asset registers with depreciation schedules

Requirements

• Expert-level Zoho Books proficiency with hands-on experience in tagging, project modules, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling
• High digital literacy and comfort in a paperless, tech-first environment
• Ability to quickly integrate with software tools such as Zoho Bigin CRM
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet month-end deadlines
