About the Role

Lead end-to-end marketing for a Web3 education platform, owning paid/organic/social campaigns, team leadership, and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives
• Oversee paid, organic, and social media campaigns while monitoring ROI
• Lead and develop marketing team members
• Enhance brand positioning within Web3 education sector
• Direct content development across multiple channels
• Evaluate marketing performance metrics and optimize accordingly
• Coordinate with sales, product, and design departments
• Manage marketing budget allocation

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience with minimum 2 years in a management role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Understanding of paid media, content marketing, and SEO
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Web3, blockchain, or tech education background preferred
