About the Role

On-site technical officer for hotel and villa construction projects in the Galle-to-Tangalle corridor. Trainees with relevant qualifications eligible to apply. Deadline: September 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

On-site supervision and technical coordination for hotel and villa construction
Drawing comprehension and quality monitoring
Independent project coordination

Requirements

Certificate-level qualification in Civil Engineering (NCT, HNDE, or similar)
2-4 years in construction preferred; trainees eligible
Independent project management experience preferred
