About the Role

Senior QS professional to manage BOQ preparation, cost estimation, procurement support, and progress valuations for pre-engineered steel structure and industrial building projects. Deadline: August 28, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities and quantity takeoffs
• Cost estimation and material scheduling
• Support procurement activities
• Prepare work valuations and progress claims
• Cost control and project cost monitoring
• Coordinate across project teams

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years construction experience
• Structural steel and building systems knowledge
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimating software
