Senior Garment Technologist

About the Role

Oversees pattern development, quality control, and sample delivery from tech pack through production for Key Accounts Group 5 at the Biyagama facility, with preferred expertise in activewear and bonding technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical specifications and align stakeholder expectations
• Identify and resolve product development risks
• Guide pattern, sample, and construction processes
• Evaluate garment fit, comfort, and visual appearance
• Manage timelines, client communications, and team coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Textile / Clothing / Fabric Technology or related field
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role
• Strong pattern making, grading, and sewing knowledge
• Preferred: active wear / performance wear experience and bonding technology expertise
