Senior Pattern Technologist

About the Role

Leads a team of pattern makers to create, grade, and refine bra patterns from development stage through bulk production, attending fit sessions and translating feedback into pattern updates.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and technical requirements for bra development
• Attend fit sessions and translate feedback into pattern updates and grading
• Develop patterns and construction methods based on fit and manufacturability
• Communicate fit comments with internal and external teams
• Support risk assessment, manage timelines, and coordinate pad and wire development

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology
• 3+ years in bra pattern making
• Expertise in 3D CAD software operation
