Graduate Trainee - Merchandising

About the Role

Entry-level graduate trainee role supporting garment sample development, supplier liaison, and costing documentation for bra/lingerie categories at the Biyagama facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support for garment sample development based on technical specifications
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers on sample development and cost projections
• Collaborate on sampling and costing approvals and documentation
• Develop expertise in relevant processes and systems

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Clothing Technology, or related field
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication abilities
• Fluent English and computer proficiency
• Bra manufacturing knowledge is advantageous
