About the Role

Plans and achieves cutting department targets (fabric inspection, cutting, and warehouse) for the Nivithigala factory, leading continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives with 6-9+ years of cutting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve targets for Cutting, RM Inspection, and Warehouse aligned with production goals
• Oversee cutting processes for On Time Delivery achievement
• Implement improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects
• Lead and manage the Cutting team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology
• 6-9+ years of cutting department experience
