About the Role

Drive process improvement and maintenance engineering initiatives at CEAT OHT Lanka's manufacturing plant in Seeduwa; deadline 23 July 2026.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives on the plant floor
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment
• Lead efficiency and cost-reduction projects
• Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
