About the Role

Finance role supporting accounts payable operations, working capital management, and cost-center control for the Sri Lankan subsidiary of a global FMCG group.

Responsibilities

Drive Accounts Payable function with compliance to P2P controls and authority matrices
Monitor SLAs with Global Business Services on P2P activities
Serve as customer-centric business partner in transactional finance activities
Maintain effective relationships with GBS teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Manage working capital by ensuring actual payments align with forecasts
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiencies

Requirements

Degree-educated with professional accountancy qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
Minimum 2 years experience in a global FMCG or similarly dynamic environment
Strong understanding of accounting processes and practices
Proficiency with finance tools and systems, specifically BI/BPC
