Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst - Banking Domain

About the Role

Business analyst role focused on banking process re-engineering, stakeholder engagement, workflow optimisation, and compliance within the banking and financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise banking processes through process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Design future-state processes and identify automation opportunities
• Develop documentation including SOPs, workflows, and business cases
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management throughout engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, IT, or Management
• Minimum 3 years experience in Business Analysis within banking or financial services
• Professional certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Lean Six Sigma) advantageous
• Experience with core banking system implementation preferred
