About the Role

Process sales orders and invoicing via SAP, coordinate product availability, and manage warehouse operations including goods receipt, issue, and transfer through WMS for Chevron's Sri Lanka operations.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and invoicing via SAP ERP with timeliness focus
• Coordinate product availability with production department
• Manage customer accounts and payments in SAP and banking systems
• Handle warehouse operations including receipt, issue, and transfer of goods via WMS
• Execute inventory management tasks
• Maintain regular contact with sales team and customers
• Assist in resolution of customer inquiries
