Manager - Digital Engagement and Brand Protection

About the Role

Lead digital campaigns and reputation management initiatives for one of Sri Lanka's largest financial services conglomerates, protecting and advancing the LOLC Group brand across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, digital advertising, and content platforms
• Coordinate product launches and digital activations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on content and messaging
• Track campaign performance and online sentiment analysis
• Monitor and manage the group's digital reputation, identifying and addressing risks

Requirements

• 5-7 years in reputation management and digital engagement
• Experience managing digital campaigns and coordinating marketing/PR agencies
• Familiarity with social media analytics, digital marketing tools, and online reputation monitoring platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
