About the Role

Lead end-to-end product marketing for launches and retention at Sri Lanka's leading mobility tech platform, partnering cross-functionally with Product, BI, Lifecycle, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product marketing for launches, user education, and retention initiatives
• Partner with Product, BI, Lifecycle, and Operations teams on data-driven communications
• Develop learning agendas with research teams to inform product roadmaps
• Align goals across marketing, operations, lifecycle, and performance teams
• Optimize user funnel and strengthen lifetime value

Requirements

• 5+ years delivering successful engagement and growth strategies
• Professional or academic qualification in Marketing or Business Management (graduate or postgraduate level)
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional teams
• Prior people management or project team leadership experience
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
