Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

About the Role

Own and scale AKARA Apartments' digital presence across social media, SEO, and paid channels, leading content teams and external partners to drive measurable brand and follower growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Plan and execute follower and engagement growth strategies (organic and paid)
• Lead content strategy, planning, and ideation across multiple formats
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, and external partners
• Manage website content structure and guide SEO basics
• Oversee SEM/Google Ads coordination
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable systems

Requirements

• 3-5+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media
• Proven track record growing brands (not just maintaining accounts)
• Understanding of how content, platforms, and data connect to business results
• Leadership experience managing people, vendors, and processes
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics, and websites
• Structured, proactive approach with ownership mentality
