About the Role

Support and enable BAT's Route to Market strategy in Sri Lanka, collaborating with the Distribution Development Manager to optimize sales force automation tools and improve distribution efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support and enable the Route to Market (RTM) strategy and business model
• Collaborate with Distribution Development Manager on RTM efficiency initiatives
• Optimize SFA and BI tools for data-driven decisions
• Review and streamline RTM processes to improve effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity within the RTM framework

Requirements

• Degree or recognized professional qualification from an accredited institution
• 1-2 years experience in sales, distribution, or marketing (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments
