About the Role

Entry-level kitchen position at Glayze Cafe in Nugegoda, Colombo, assisting senior chefs with hot food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Maintain food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Assist senior chefs in all kitchen tasks
• Ensure timely order fulfillment
• Keep kitchen workstations and areas clean

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen role
• Ordinary Level education
• Strong hygiene and food safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player
