About the Role

Retail leadership role managing the H Sport showroom at Race Course, Colombo 7, driving sales performance and leading the team in a sports lifestyle retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage showroom operations and team
• Drive and achieve sales targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Lead and supervise showroom staff

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in showroom management or a supervisory/assistant manager role
• Prior lifestyle retail brand experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Age below 35 years
• G.C.E. Advanced Level education
• Passion for sports with an active and energetic personality
