Showroom Assistant

About the Role

Customer-facing retail role at a Link Natural Products showroom in Colombo 2, responsible for stock ordering, product display, payment handling, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate showroom stock levels by placing timely orders
• Arrange product displays and maintain the company's visual merchandising standards
• Handle payments and maintain customer database
• Promote products and engage with customers
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Requirements

• G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) minimum; A/L school leavers encouraged
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage
