About the Role

Prepare bills of quantities, tender and contract documents, and manage monthly valuations and subcontractor payments for a century-old construction company.

Responsibilities

Preparation of bills of quantities
Tender and contract document preparation
Monthly valuations and subcontractor payment management
Cost monitoring throughout project lifecycle

Requirements

BSc in Quantity Surveying or HNDE/NCT/Diploma in QS
Minimum 2 years experience in building construction
Knowledge of SBDSL contract documents preferred
