About the Role

Train factory teams on Fashionr software, interpret buyer techpacks for factory implementation, and maintain factory assets in the platform for apparel brands across Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

Train factory teams on Fashionr software per customer requirements
Interpret buyer techpacks and design specifications for factory implementation
Maintain relationships with pattern, CAD, IE, and product development teams
Prepare and maintain factory assets in Fashionr
Coordinate with CS and R&D teams on bug resolution

Requirements

5-8 years factory-based garment industry experience
Proficiency in at least one CAD pattern system
Fluent English communication skills
