• Establish and oversee a central reservations office supporting multiple luxury boutique hotel properties
• Manage reservations workflow and agent relationships

Requirements

• Prior experience in tourism industry with reservations, travel agencies, or Destination Travel Agencies (DTAs)
• Strong grasp of both written and verbal English
