About the Role

Lead specialty coffee preparation and mentor junior barista staff at a Jaffna cafe — latte art, espresso expertise, and shift flexibility required; LKR 70,000–90,000/month.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based beverages and specialty coffee drinks
• Maintain coffee and beverage quality standards
• Operate and maintain cafe equipment
• Train and mentor junior barista staff
• Ensure hygiene compliance at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years work experience as a barista
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
