About the Role

Oversee PET blow molding operations at Elephant House's Colombo beverage manufacturing facility — managing quality control, equipment health, workforce, and compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee PET blow molding operations to meet production targets
Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor equipment health to minimize downtime
Ensure bottles meet customer specifications through quality control
Manage workforce allocation, overtime, and operator productivity
Monitor material utilization and support cost reduction initiatives
Maintain compliance with QMS, FSMS, EMS, and OHSMS standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
Minimum 3 years hands-on PET blow molding experience
Proficiency in OEE, SPC, lean manufacturing, and TPM methodologies
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
ERP/MIS system proficiency
