About the Role

Supervise cylinder distribution, manage drivers and yard staff, and optimize fleet routes as an Operations Manager for a Litro Gas authorized distributor in the Western Province.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cylinder distribution and delivery operations
• Manage drivers, helpers, yard staff, and operational teams
• Ensure timely deliveries to dealers and commercial customers
• Monitor fleet utilization and route efficiency
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
• Track operational KPIs and implement improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in operations, logistics, distribution, or supply chain management
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Valid driving license preferred
• FMCG, logistics, or petroleum industry experience advantageous
