Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Quantity Surveying and Construction subjects
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools
• Guide students through practical projects and industry case studies
• Support student learning outcomes and academic progression

Requirements

• Degree or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional membership (RICS, AIQS, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Teaching or industry experience in construction or quantity surveying is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
