Lecturer / Assistant Lecturer - Business Management

About the Role

Teach undergraduate Business Management programs at ESOFT Metro Campus's Gampaha branch, covering core business disciplines with a focus on student engagement and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unit knowledge and assess student skill and knowledge achievement
• Assist students with assignments and coursework
• Foster a productive and engaging classroom environment
• Create instructional materials, set exam papers, and grade student work promptly

Requirements

• First Class or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours Degree in Business Management from a recognized university
• Master's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience delivering lectures in undergraduate Business Management programs is an advantage
• Willingness to work at least one weekend day
