About the Role
Manage inventory levels, stock distribution, and product cataloging across Touch of Gold jewelry showrooms, ensuring optimal availability aligned with sales patterns and projections.
Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory levels based on quarterly sales projections
- Monitor stock availability across all branch locations
- Report inventory and sales performance to management
- Balance stock distribution by product category
- Coordinate with sales and procurement departments
- Process timely reorders based on supplier lead times
- Manage liquidation of slow-moving inventory
- Assign product codes and pricing for new items
- Maintain comprehensive product catalogs
- Support sales team with new product launches
Requirements
- GCE A/L qualification
- Minimum 1 year merchandising, retail, or inventory management experience
- MS Excel and reporting tool proficiency
- Jewelry industry background preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Attention to detail
