About the Role

Oversee daily showroom operations and lead the sales team at Bestrends Nugegoda, ensuring sales targets, visual presentation standards, and exceptional customer service are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily showroom operations and lead the sales team
• Deliver customer service and facilitate purchasing decisions
• Meet individual and showroom-level sales targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests
• Handle and resolve customer concerns
• Prepare daily sales reports
• Enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements

• GCE A/L qualification
• Minimum 1 year retail fashion supervisory experience
• Team management and leadership experience
• Strong communication abilities
• Basic computer skills for daily reporting
• Background in the retail fashion industry required
