Technical Officer / Site Supervisor

About the Role

Technical officer needed to oversee hotel and villa construction in the Galle-Tangalle area; suitable for certificate-level candidates with 2-4 years of site experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel and villa construction activities on site
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
• Report progress to management
• Handle site independently when required

Requirements

• Certificate in Civil Engineering (NCT, HNDE, or equivalent)
• 2-4 years of construction site experience
• Ability to manage site independently is an advantage
• Trainees with relevant background welcome
