About the Role

Experienced foreman or work supervisor needed to manage on-site construction workers and activities across PH Engineering's sites in the Gampaha and Kadawata areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction workers and coordinate daily activities
• Ensure work is carried out per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate material delivery and labor allocation
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site
• Report progress to project engineer or manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as a foreman or work supervisor in construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
