Quantity Surveyor – MEP

About the Role

Experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor needed at C P Lanka in Colombo 05 to manage project budgets, cost estimates, and contract evaluation for electro-mechanical construction works.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and cost estimates for MEP construction works
• Monitor project costs against financial targets
• Evaluate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Conduct site visits for progress and quantity assessment
• Prepare cost performance and budget reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the MEP field
• Good English and Sinhala communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability
• Proficiency in MEP quantity assessments and cost estimation
• Age below 40 years
