Responsibilities
Lead construction projects from initiation through to completion
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and subcontractors
Manage and mentor project team members including coordinators
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Report project status and risks to senior management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in construction project management
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
