About the Role

Supervise the Moose showroom at One Galle Face Mall, coaching the sales team and ensuring exceptional customer experience while maintaining premium visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain store and visual merchandising standards
Lead, coach, and motivate staff to drive sales
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Handle back office administration tasks

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar showroom supervisory role
Minimum O-Level education with 3 A-Level passes
Age below 35
MS Office proficiency
Average English communication skills (written and spoken)
