About the Role

Drive watch sales and provide expert customer service at W.A. De Silva & Co's Colombo showrooms, representing prestigious international watch brands with competitive salary and EPF/ETF benefits.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with watch selection and purchase decisions
Maintain showroom display and service standards
Handle stock inventory and replenishment
Process sales transactions and issue receipts

Requirements

Age 18–30
Bilingual proficiency in Sinhala and English (Tamil advantageous)
Computer literacy (email, WhatsApp)
Junior role: school leavers or 1–2 years retail experience
Senior role: minimum 4+ years showroom sales experience with stock handling skills
