About the Role

Support EFL's Canadian brokerage operations remotely from Colombo on night shifts, coordinating shipment tracking, data validation, and operational reporting to maintain end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Canadian brokerage team to ensure shipment details are accurately updated
• Track shipments using shipping line and terminal systems
• Prepare operational and performance reports
• Perform data validation and entry
• Support day-to-day brokerage operations aligned with Canadian time zones

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade
• GCE Advanced Level with minimum 3 passes
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Prior logistics or freight forwarding experience preferred
• Willingness to work night shifts
