Supply Chain Controller

About the Role

Senior supply chain finance and analytics leadership role overseeing cost optimisation, ERP reporting, and digital transformation across LAUGFS group supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reviews using dashboards and digital KPIs
• Identify supply chain risks and drive corrective action plans
• Challenge cost structures through benchmarking
• Oversee accurate ERP reporting and business intelligence
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts
• Support digital transformation including automation and AI-driven forecasting
• Build financial awareness across supply chain teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related field
• Professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA)
• 7–10 years supply chain finance experience
• MBA preferred
• Strong analytical and cost management capabilities
• Internal controls and audit exposure
