Assistant Manager – Marketing

About the Role

Mid-level marketing role supporting international sales and export marketing strategies for a major Sri Lankan tyre manufacturer with a global distribution footprint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create sales plans supporting organisational targets
• Manage customer requirements through cross-functional collaboration
• Identify emerging market opportunities
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and improvement areas
• Prepare sales forecasts and supporting reports
• Enhance brand image and reputation in export markets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
• CIM/SLIM qualifications preferred
• 4–5 years experience in export industry with international sales/marketing focus
• Strong digital media planning and campaign management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
