Production Executive – Blow Molding

About the Role

Shift-based production operations role overseeing PET blow molding lines for Elephant House soft drink manufacturing, ensuring quality, safety, and OEE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PET blow molding operations to meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety compliance
• Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor equipment health
• Ensure product quality compliance through process control and inspections
• Manage workforce allocation, labour deployment, and productivity
• Monitor material utilisation and inventory efficiency
• Maintain compliance with QMS, FSMS, EMS, and OHSMS standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology
• Minimum 3 years hands-on PET blow molding experience
• PET blow molding process knowledge
• Lean Manufacturing and TPM methodology experience
