About the Role

Lead production planning operations for a Wattala-based apparel manufacturer, managing workflow, capacity planning, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production planning for apparel manufacturing operations
• Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, and sewing teams to meet schedules
• Monitor capacity utilization and flag constraints proactively
• Prepare and maintain production schedules aligned with customer delivery requirements

Requirements

• Qualification in Apparel Technology, Fashion Design, or Textile Engineering
• Relevant experience in production planning within an apparel/garment environment
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and material resource planning
