About the Role

Manage merchandising operations for export garment orders in a Wattala apparel factory, coordinating product development and bulk order execution for international buyers.

Responsibilities

• Manage buyer communications and order follow-up
• Coordinate with production, fabric, and trim teams on order execution
• Maintain T&A calendars and ensure on-time delivery
• Handle costing, sampling, and shipment documentation

Requirements

• Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Apparel Management, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Relevant experience in garment merchandising
• Strong communication and coordination skills
